Mark Smyth landed his first national senior title when he scorched around Abbotstown to the national 200m indoor title. Timmons Sets National Masters Record

Pat Timmons set a new national Masters O/70 record of 5:34.69 for the 1500 metres at the Leinster Indoors championships in Abbotstown on Saturday February 23rd. The new record was added to Pat’s 800m record set on February 11th.
