Mick Clohisey won the Fingal 10k for a second year in a row. Mick’s winning time was 30:22 with club mate Mark Kirwan 4th in 31:58. Kelly sets record in Morton Games

Kieran Kelly set a new club record in the 800m last night at the Morton Games. In a field consisting of top caliber international athletes, Kieran ran 1:47.50 to finish 6th, breaking 1:48 for the first time for the biggest breakthrough in his athletes. Cillian Kirwan ran in the IMC 800m A race earlier in the night. Against some top Irish talent Cillian finished 5th in 1:51.24.

Bettystown 5mile & Dublin Graded

Freddy Sittuk won the Bettystown 5 mile in 25:25. Cillian O’Leary was third in 25:52 and Mick Traynor 4th in 27:11 while Seamus Rooney ran 33:14. Raheny won the team event. Lord Mayor Series

Dermot Gorman was tonight’s winner of the Lord Mayor series 2 mile. Dermot won in a time of 10:33 with Damien Martin third in 10:33 and Wes Grant third in 11:14. Sarah Quigley was first woman and 5th overall in 11:59 with Nicola Welsh second in 12:32 and Aileen Byrne third in 13:13. Well done all.
