Orla Gormley was first Raheny athlete home at the BHAA Bristol-Myers 5K on Wednesday evening posting 19:42. Others who ran were David Gargan 19:59, Christy Reilly 21:58, Mary Purdue-Smyth 23:00, Ann Marie Coughlan 23:27 and Sinead Lyons 24:15.
Mick Clohisey won the Sonia O’Sullivan Cobh 10 on Saturday in a convincing 49 minutes 23 seconds. Clohisey was some five minutes and 53 seconds ahead of second placed Colin Merrit. Feidhlim Kelly was just off the podium place at the famous Clonliffe Two Mile on Thursday evening.
