Ian Conroy and Des Kennedy landed individual medals at today World Master Mountain Running championships in Slovakia. Conroy took over 35 bronze posting 39 minutes 33 seconds for the 9.6km course a race won by Zachary Freudenburg of the Netherlands in 38:42. Conroy helped the Irish team to gold! Terry Keogh and Zoey Quinn secured the 2017 Lord Mayor of Raheny Series. The 13 event race series concluded on Tuesday August 29 where Joseph O’Donoghue was the first past the post in nine minutes 57 seconds.
