This weekend was the last of our Lockdown League races. Two miles ran on the same course as your last two miler. Windy conditions led to a few slower times on Friday but again overall everyone did superb. A big thank you to all that participated. It really goes to show we have a great club. Round three of the Raheny Shamrock virtual league saw 100+ runners tackle the mile again. “Stringent” rules required you to perform the mile on the same course as previously run in May. We saw many massive improvements and some impressive times over the one mile distance. Next up is the final round of the virtual league and will be held June 12th-14th.
