Juvenile

Please note Juvenile training is on an Easter break, hence there will be no training for juvenile’s on Tuesday 16th or 23th April. Enjoy the holidays.

For those attending juvenile training sessions tonight, please note instructions from coaches. As we will be outdoors for juvenile sessions tonight please dress accordingly. This includes Hat and gloves Light running jacket (heavy coats make running difficult) Leggings/tracksuit bottoms See you all at 5.30/6.30

Due to the unavailability of the Manor House Hall, the Juvenile session is cancelled for Tuesday November 6th. Juvenile training will return on November 13th.

There will be no juvenile training tonight (30/10) in Manor House, as your awesome coaches are recovering from their amazing performances at the Dublin City Marathon. Any questions or queries to juvenile @ rahenyshamrock.ie
