Raheny Shamrock Athletic Club are delighted to announce the 2026 AXA Raheny 5 will take place on Sunday January 25th 2026 at 3pm.
The famous Raheny 5 returns on the last Sunday in January, firmly established as the number one road race in Ireland.
“We are delighted to open entries for the 2026 Raheny 5” said race director Dave Hooper. “We have worked very hard over the last 12 months to continue to build on the great experiences of 41 Raheny five mile road races.
“After last year’s early sell out, I would encourage people to enter early as our research has indicted exceptional demand in this year’s event”.
The famous race is set for its traditional 3pm start with the juvenile race undercard set to begin one hour before the main race.
