Shane Spring and Jordan McDonnell produced strong performances at the Valencia 10km.
There was a few high quality field at the Valencia 10k with athlete’s looking for the qualification time for the European 10k road race.
Spring clocked 29:39 and Jordan McDonnell 30:32.
At the Donadea Forest Marathon Gerard Fay clocked 4:47:50. While Ger was in action again at the Ace AC Drogheda 5km posting 26:21.
While at the Gallagher Ferrycarrig 5 Mile, Des Lyons posted 41:43 and Sinead Lyons 45:01.
