The second round of the Dublin Graded series took place in Tallaght track on Wednesday evening and some good results where again posted by club athletes.
Susie O’Flynn posted 27.63 seconds in the women’s 200 metre A race and was followed quickly by Aoibhinn McGoldrick in 27.76 seconds.
Karen Crossan took second place in the women’s 1500 metre B posted five minutes two point six seconds just three hundredths of a seconds behind Clonliffe’s Alannah Cooley.
In the men’s 1500 metres A race Donal Foley took ninth place in four minutes 21.86 seconds while in the B race Andrew Hyland finished third in 4:21.20 with David Brophy clocking 4.28.73 and Will Walsh 4:31.14.
Brian Leahy clocked 16 minutes 14.66 seconds for fifth place in the 5,000 metres with Rory O’Sullivan posting 16:49.57 and Ian McConkey 17:08.96.
The next meet in the Dublin Graded Track & Field series takes place on Wednesday May 25 in Irishtown Stadium.
