Notice Of Annual General Meeting

The annual general meeting of Raheny Shamrock Athletic Club will be held on Thursday, February 19 in the clubhouse at 8pm.

Details of 1. Nomination Form for Officers;  2. AGM Agenda; 3. Outgoing Officers and Description of roles have been forwarded to all paid members.

We encourage all members to consider serving as a club officer.

Anybody interested in seeking a position on the committee is asked to complete the attached nomination form and return it on or before 8pm on Tuesday, February 17 2026, to secretary@rahenyshamrock.ie. Nominations will be accepted if the proposer and seconder has been cc’d.

Any recommendations for discussion at the AGM should be sent to secretary@rahenyshamrock.ie by 8:00pm on Tuesday, February 17 2026.

Recommendations must be accompanied by a short explanation summary and be proposed and seconded by fully paid-up members.

As a result of a decision made by the Executive Committee the AGM will be electing one female team captain and one male team captain.

To facilitate the smooth running of the AGM can members who plan on attending e-mail  secretary@rahenyshamrock.ie  to confirm attendance.

An AGM information pack incorporating officers’ reports will be forwarded via e-mail to all registered adult members prior to the meeting.
