Annette Kealy Takes National Masters Gold

Annette Kealy won the F55 category some 40 seconds clear of Mari Johnston.

The W50 team of Annette Kealy, Brid Ni Chonaill, Caitriona Costello and Jenny Colbert finished fourth. The non-scoring team members were Jean Dunne and Angela Charlton.

In the intermediate race, the women’s team finished seventh, led home by Aoife Brennan in 44^th place followed Caroline Kavanagh 52^nd, Lisa Cusack 54^th, Clodagh Foley 56^th and Sinead Currie 58^th.

Brian Sexton led the men’s team home to men’s masters 35 team home to fifth place. Sexton came home in 17^th place followed by Ian McConkey 42^nd, David Jackson 43^rd and Graham Ahearne 54^th.

Ciaran McCarthy 56th and Aidan Jones 67^th were the non-scoring team members.
