Graham O’Dwyer posted a personal best to win round 12 of the Lord Mayor series.
O’Dwyer posted a gun to tape finish in 10 minutes 32 seconds for an excellent victory with Sean Barrett taking second place in 10 minutes 52 seconds.
Terry Keogh took third place just two seconds behind Barrett.
Zoey Quinn continued her excellent record with another victory this time in 11 minutes 44 seconds just 10 seconds ahead of Sarah Quigley. Anne Marie Woods took third place in 12:12.
