Ian Conroy landed the 2017 Joe Noonan Cup held on Christmas Eve morning in Raheny village.
Conroy clocked 29 minutes 41 seconds for victory some eight seconds clear of Brian Leahy with Eric Champ third in 34:41.
Orla Lambe won the women’s race taking sixth place overall in 42 minutes eight seconds with Angela Charlton second and Ger Fay third.
Will Walsh won the one lap three mile race in 14.52 ahead of Collie O’Leary with Zoe Quinn the first woman home in 16:36.
The next fixture in Raheny Shamrock Christmas schedule is the Goal Christmas Day Mile, taking place at 11am at the Sybill Hill entrance of St. Anne’s Park.
Entry is open to all and there is no entry charge. Donations to Goal will be collected on the day.
