Annette Kealy landed national indoor W50 gold with a comfortable 3,000 metre gold medal.
Kealy posted 10 minutes 29.34 seconds for gold with Orla Gormley taking silver in 11 minutes 43.35 seconds.
It was a day of four medals in total with Adrienne Atkins taking 1500 metre silver in 5:06.21 and bronze in the W50 800 meres posting 2:48.00.
Other’s who competed in Athlone in the M50 3,000 metres Gay Byrne posted 11:09.89 and Niall Power 2:14.59 in the M45 800 metres.
Simon Smith doubled up posted 2:40.88 in M40 800 metres and then 29.71 seconds in the 200 metres.
