Raheny Shamrock AC athletes were in action across a variety of events last week, from trail races to a marathon and a fast 5km road race, producing some excellent performances.
Tuesday – BHAA BCM Global 5km Trail
A strong club contingent took on the BHAA BCM Global 5km Trail event, with some impressive runs on a challenging course.

Three Raheny Shamrock athletes travelled to Trim for the Braveheart 5km Trail, enjoying another testing off-road challenge.

Saturday – Glenmore AC Marathon
A special mention goes to Gerard Fay, who followed up his Friday evening trail race by taking on the Glenmore AC Marathon on Saturday.

The weekend concluded with a superb run from Maria Dolan at the Castleknock 5km.
