Michael Farrelly was part of the Irish team who just missed out on the European Under-20 final on Sunday morning.
The quartet of Farrelly, Conor Morey, Aaron Sexton and David Murphy posted 40.47 seconds finishing third in their heat just outside the qualifying time.
Congratulations to Michael on becoming the sixth Raheny Shamrock athlete to compete in the European junior/U-20 track and field championship.
Best wishes to all members of the Irish team, onwards and upwards.
