Annette Kealy collected the Masters athlete of the year at today’s Irish Life Health national athletics awards.
It was another stellar year for the ageless Kealy who won the W50 World Cross Country title.
Annette followed that up winning both the European W50 5,000m title and the 10Km European W50 championship on the road.
One thing we’re sure of, is Annette will be back on the podium soon.

This year Annette won silver at the World Championships in Poland, followed up with 5000m European Championship gold on the track, &10,000m gold at European level on the road in Venice.
