Freddy Sittuk won the Bettystown 5 mile in 25:25. Cillian O’Leary was third in 25:52 and Mick Traynor 4th in 27:11 while Seamus Rooney ran 33:14. Raheny won the team event. Donal Foley was second in the Liberties 6k in 19:58. Other finishers were Ollie Power 23.34, Orla Manley 24:07, Helen Carr 24:31, Connor Jennings 26:28, Denise Kelleher 28:27, Brighid Smyth 28:39, Sinead Lyons 29:26, Dave Brady 30.49.
At the graded meet Aisling Drumgoole ran 25.76 in the 200m. Fiona Ryan was second in the B race in 28.39 with Claire Beauchamp running 30.54 and Orla Lambe 33.97. Liam Sheehan won the men’s C race in 25:31, with Conor Quinn running 26 flat. In the 800m Eoin O’Dwyer ran 2:05.92 while Niall Power ran 2:18.44 and Mick Gygax 2:37.28. Conor Bermingham won the pole vault with a best of 4.20m.
