Clohisey Fifth In Kilbeggan 10 Mile

Mick Clohisey took fifth place at the Kilbeggan 10 mile road race on Sunday afternoon. Clohisey posting 50:07 behind race winner Ryan Creech in 48:50

Clohisey led home a very large contigent of Raheny runners with Brian Leahy next home in 56:38, followed by Robert Frewen 56:54, Graham Ahearne 57:29, Rory O’Sullivan 58:06.

Colm Delaney 58:15, Ian McConkey 58:38, Terry Keogh 59:33, Eric Champ 59:40, Eoin Connolly 59:54, Colm Dunne 60:41, Brian Kelly 60:39, Darrell Reamsbottom 61:02.

Philip McGovern 63:17, Colm Kernan 63:28, Mary Walsh 64:32, Damien Martin 64:32, Zoe Quinn 64:40 and Dave Woods 64:57, Tara Kennedy 65:34, Keith Fleming 65:53.

David O’Hara 66:45, Gary Alward 66:59, Tommy Crampton 68:12, Paul Frewen 71:15, Peter Rogan 71:35, David Feeney 71:41, Dan Wallace 72:46, Souvik Ghosh 79:58, Niall Buckley 80:35 and John Frier 93:13.

A big number took part in wave two, the race is split into waves due to covid-19 regulations with good runs from Denis Murphy 71:44, Brian Keely 74:38.
