Brian Fay continued his excellent start to life in America finishing 38th and first Washington State finishing in the NCAA cross country championship a in Tallahassee.
Fay moved to Washington at the start of the season and has found his feet in collegiate life. The Washington state team were in the top-10 for much of the race and finished 13th just 17 points off a top 10 finish.
Fay moved up throughout the race having been 50th at the 3K mark and got into the top-40 with just a kilometre remaining, finishing the 10,000 metre race in 29:29.
