Venue: Manor House School Sports Hall
To facilitate the planning of our AGM we are asking all members who plan on attending the AGM to e-mail secretary@rahenyshamrock.ie. All AGM materials will be sent via e-mail.
Details on club officers and committee positions will be circulated to all registered members, who have opted into e-mail communications from the club during 2022 registration, by Sunday February 20th. If you have not opted into e-mail correspondence and wish to receive these details, please contact Dave Hooper at info@rahenyshamrock.ie
All Motions for the AGM should be sent to either the chairperson@rahenyshamrock.ie or secretary@rahenyshamrock.ie. by 8pm on Monday February 28th. We request that all motions should be accompanied by a short explanation summary and must be proposed and seconded by fully paid-up members
