Brian Fay moved to fifth in the Irish all-time 5,000 metre list when he won the 5,000m at the Bryan Clay Invitational.
Fay clocked 13:16.52 to win out and move into fifth place ahead of John Treacy, Cormac Finnerty and Eamonn Coghlan in the all-time Irish list.
Fay has been in sensational form this year and the time was also a Washington state school record. Best wishes to Brian as he goes onward and upward.
