Zoe Quinn collected World masters gold on Wednesday in the W45 10km road race.
Quinn posted 36 minutes and 46 seconds to take gold in a mixed road race.
David Kirwin posted 33:09 in the same race to take fifth place in the M45 category.
A very well done to both Zoe and David competing on the international stage.
