Mrs. Ann Peppard RIP

Raheny Shamrock Athletic Club are deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Mrs. Ann Peppard RIP.

Ann was a loyal and active member of Raheny Shamrock Athletic Club for many years, making major impact in the late 1980’s and early 90’s.

The Peppard family were all heavily and actively involved in the club.

Ann’s late husband Billy Peppard, gave is name to the trophy which is presented to the winner of the Christmas Day mile.

Ann’s family Joe, Declan, Caroline, Emma, Edel and Brian were all proud members of Raheny Shamrock. Brian was the club’s 800 metre record holder for a long period.

Both Brian and Joe competed internationally for Ireland.

Our deepest sympathies, condolences and support to Ann’s daughters Caroline, Emma and Edel along with Ann’s son’s Brian, Declan and Joe.

Ann’s funeral mass will take place tomorrow Tuesday June 27 at 11am in St. Brendan’s Church, Coolock. Full details here
