Colm Cassidy took third place at the Polish Independence Run in St Annes Park.
Cassidy clocked 35 minutes 41 seconds for third place. Cassidy was just five seconds behind winner August Benedicto. Myles Gibbons of Sliabh Bhuide Rovers was second in 35:37. Meanwhile, Wesley Grant was ninth in 39:18.
While Lareese Dunne won the Inner City 5K night run in 24:22. In the 10k race, De O’Connor posted 59.21, Angela Charlton 59.54, Mandy Kiernan 63.32 and Clare Burke 63.34.
A number of club members took part in the Remembrance Run in the Phoenix Park. While a good group of members took part in the Meet & Train League in Tymon Park.
