The men’s team followed up Dublin novice medals by claiming Leinster novice silver in Dunboyne today.
The team of Eoin O’Dwyer (7th), Cian Charlton (11th), JP Burke (14th) and Giovanni Salvatore (30th) took silver with 58 points, behind Mullingar Harriers with 62 points.
The team had 51 points to spare on Sportsworld in third place. Ken Doyle ran a very competitive race to take 75th place. In the women’s race Laura Brennan took 52nd place.
In the junior race Jamie Whelan took bronze when finishing fourth overall. The junior (U20) was ran with the U18 race. Also running where Finn Kenehan 25th, George Sevastopulo 33, Jack Phelan 35th and Christian Finn 36th
While, at the Clonliffe 2 Sarah O’Neill posted 14:51 followed by Amanda Langan 16:13, Des Lyons 16:14, Gerard Fay 16:21. Connor Jennings 16:43, Una Cherry 16:44 and Deirdre O’Dwyer 19:23.
At the Amsterdam marathon Mikey Brady posted 2:27.46.
