Kevin Dooney took second place in the Enniscorthy 10k making an impression on his return to racing posting 33 minutes four seconds.
Evan Fitzpatrick of West Waterford won out in 31 minutes eight seconds. Dooney was four seconds clear of a former Shamrock, Carrick-on-Suir’s Dermot Gorman.
Also racing was Alasdair Brown who clocked 35 minutes 36 seconds for 17th place.
