Eric Favors set a seasons best when finishing second at the Powerfest Throws meet in Pennsylvania on Sunday night.
Favors best of 20.48 metres was a seasons best and meets the surpass the Athletics Ireland set B standard for entry to the World Championships in Tokyo 2025.
Favors is currently ranked inside the World rankings to qualify for Tokyo 2025.
