Mick Clohisey eased to victory in the Ferrycarrig 5 Mile on Sunday, less than 24 hours after competing at the Great Edinburgh Cross Country. John Dunne Wins Dublin Masters Gold

John Dunne landed the Dublin Masters M35 cross country title by winning outright in St. Anne’s Park and helping the club to the men’s over 35 team title. Ryan Banks up BHAA

Simon Ryan was a clear winner of the Bank of Ireland BHAA 4 Mile cross country race in Tymon Park. Ryan posted 20 minutes 47 seconds for victory, 15 seconds clear of second place Barry Sheil. Donal Foley finished in eighth place in 21 minutes 57 seconds with Vinny Clohisey posting 28 minutes 40 seconds.
