Both Simon Ryan and Kieran Kelly were involved in midweek races this week. Simon Ryan competed in the Armagh 5k, posting a time of 15:20. Colm Bourke set a new club indoor record in the long jump while competing in Belgium yesterday. After two fouls Colm jumped 7.29m to already extend his club record. 24 hours before, COlm won the IUAA indoor championships with a best of 7.12m.
