Silver lights the way at National Indoor Championship

It was a shining silver lining as Raheny Shamrock athletes claimed four silver and one bronze at the national indoor championships. Niamh Kearney, Sophie Becker, Mark Smyth, Colm Bourke and Brandon Arrey all stood on the medal podium over the championship weekend. Spring wins in Enniscorthy – Road Racing Round-up

Shane Spring won the Enniscorthy 10km on the roads posting 32 minutes 25 seconds for victory. Elsewhere, Gerard Fay clocked 5:31:40 at the Marathon Club Ireland Marathon in Fore Co. Westmeath. Paul Curtayne Wins Donagh Lynch Cup
