Brian Fay claimed an excellent victory over 5,000 metres at the Brian Clay Invitational in California on Saturday night. Fay broke the tape in 13 minutes 21.99 seconds to take victory, just ahead of Samuel Prakel in 13:22.78. A very impressive win for Fay as the track season heats up!
It was a strange day for the big contingent of Raheny athletes who took part in the Great Ireland Run this morning. The race is the final round of the 2022/23 Winter league and also doubles as a trial for the Raheny teams in the national road relays.
