Winter League Round Nine – One Mile
Round nine of the Winter League over one mile takes place this Wednesday March 30th at 8pm. The race is €7 for any athlete’s who have not already entered the series. Entry at the start/finish area on Wades Avenue.
Wingfield Sets New Club Indoor 200m Record
Charlotte Wingfield set a new club 200m indoor record when winning gold at the Leinster championship on Saturday. Wingfield posted 24.57 seconds for victory and a new club record. Wingfield had won her heat in 24.67 seconds. Wingfield also took silver in the 60m sprint in 7.85 seconds.
