Freddy Situk continued his road running reign when he claimed the Kilcock 5K on Friday night posting 14 minutes 52 seconds. Freddy was some three seconds clear of Niall Shanahan in second place. Silver For Bermingham and O’Hare

Kim O’Hare and Conor Birmingham both landed silver at the junior and under-23 national championships on Saturday afternoon. Arrey Sets New Club 400 Metre Record

Brandon Array set a new club 400 metre record in the Belfast International on Tuesday evening. Arrey clocked 47.05 seconds to take second place in the A 400 metre race just behind Sudan’s Sadam Koumi who won out in 46.83.
