Mick Clohisey took Great Ireland Run bronze and national championship silver in a competitive race in the Phoenix Park today. Clohisey clocked 29 minutes and 44 seconds for third place, with the 2017 AXA Raheny 5 winner Mark Christie of Mullingar Harriers winning out right in 29:30. Lorraine Byrne was the first Raheny Shamrock Athlete home in Sunday’s Budapest Spring Half Marathon. Byrne clocked one hour 35 minutes 54 seconds in a very solid run having passed the 10K marker in 43 minutes 43 seconds.
