Golden Masters On Display
Raheny Shamrock took home nine gold, seven silver and one bronze medal from today’s Dublin Masters Cross Country championship held in St. Anne’s Park. The Men’s 35 team took gold with a total of 44 points, one point clear of Rathfarnham WSAF. The team was Ian Conroy seventh, David Kirwan 11th, Brian Leahy 12th and Ciaran McCarthy 13th. Mens Team Win Tom Brennan 5K
There was New Year Joy at the Tom Brennan Memorial 5K in the Phoenix Park as the men’s team came as champions. The team of David Rooney who took 13th place in 15:57, Brian Leahy 16:08 and Adam Condon 16:16 amazed 44 points which was nine better than host club Liffey Valley thus securing the title. Funeral Details Maeve Devlin RIP
The funeral details have been announced for the late Maeve Devlin RIP. Reposing in Jennings Funeral Home, Springdale Road Raheny on Friday 3rd January from 5pm to 7pm.
