Mick Clohisey just missed out on the South Dublin 10K title on Sunday. There was a headwind for the first 5km with Raheny man Clohisey taking on the early pace before Pollock made a surge of speed to break away from the leading pack. Brian Fay finished 11th in the European Under-23 steeplechase final in Glave on Sunday posting 8:56.22.
