Freddy Sittuk record a double half marathon 5K victory over a quiet opening September weekend of racing. On Saturday afternoon Freddy took victory in the Seamie Weldon Memorial 5K in Ardee winning out in 15 minutes 18 seconds. Ian Conroy and Des Kennedy landed individual medals at today World Master Mountain Running championships in Slovakia. Conroy took over 35 bronze posting 39 minutes 33 seconds for the 9.6km course a race won by Zachary Freudenburg of the Netherlands in 38:42. Conroy helped the Irish team to gold!
