Raheny Shamrock Athletic Club wish to advise Mark Kirwan was moved to hospital having suffered a suspected dislocated shoulder during Sunday’s Irish Life Health National Road Relay championships.
Mark suffered the injury during the opening lap of the first leg, however returned to the course to bring the team home in fourth for his leg.
The team went onto claim the national title.
