Kevin Dooney was less than two seconds off his personal best when he clocked 29:11.85 for 10,000 metres at the Gouden Spike meet.
On Wednesday night Kieran Kelly finished third over 800 metres at the Watford BMC meet in 1:47.87, his second fastest 800 metre of all time.
