Another weekend in Tullamore for our athletes and again they didn’t disappoint. Our u19 athletes all moved up to show their form in u20s.
Charlie Gunawardhana in the 3k steeplechase to win the 🥈. Charlie was also 7th in the 1500m.
Freyja O’Caroll in the 800m grabbed the 🥉and a massive pb of 2.09.
Conrad Latham then raced the u20 800m winning the 🥈in 1.52.56
Davyd Konovalov won 🥉 in the 200m in a blistering time of 22.03. He also placed 6th in the 100m
Des O’Neill came out to show his form in the 400mH. Having ran 2 u20 World Championship Qualifying times over the last month the u20 title was next on the list.
🥇 and a Championship Record of 51.45 closed off the day in style for the club.
