Dave Byrne was last nights winner of the Lord Mayor series 2 mile. Dave won in 10:44 with Colum O’Leary second in 11:00 and Donald Quinn third in 11:11. Siobhan Eviston was first female in 11:26 with Sarah Quigley second in 11:59 and Aileen Byrne third in 13:20.
At the Cork City sports Kieran Kelly was 5th in the 800m in 1:49.18 while Mike McCabe ran 8:28.36 in the 3000m to finish 11th.
