On Friday at St Coca’s 5k Mark Kirwan was second in 14:59. Mick Traynor ran 15:47 while Jenny Mulry ran 19:16. At the Dublin graded Fiona Ryan and Claire Beauchamp ran 28.45 and 29.93 in the 200m. Liam Sheehan ran 25.18 in the men’s. Michael Glynn ran 2:08.64 in the 800m.
