In Santry on Saturday, nine Raheny athletes competing under the flag of their native Clontarf enjoyed significant success.
George Sevastopulo struck gold in the boys U14 800m running 2:19 with a strong finish. Elena Forkan ran 5:17 to finish second in the U16 girls 1500m. Caelfind Hannigan took silver in the U12 girls long puck.
There were bronze medals for Rebecca O’Rourke in the U14 80m hurdles and Ariana Butler in the U12 girls 600m. Conor Woods ( U8 Boys Sprint), Emma Woods ( U10 Girls Sprint), Triona McNulty (U12 Girls 100m ) and Caoimhe McNulty ( U14 Girls 800m) all competed strongly in very competitive events.
