Quinn First Home In Women’s Mini-Marathon

Zoe Quinn was the first Raheny athlete home at the Vhi Women’s mini marathon taking 22nd place.

Quinn clocked 37 minutes 15 seconds and was followed home by Sarah Quigley in 38:03. The third Raheny athlete home was Hannah Craddock in 43:13.

This year the women’s mini-marathon doubles as the Dublin 10km road race championship. Team placings and age categories will announced when available.

Siomha Magee who ran a PB on her club debut. Also running PB’s were Niamh O’Malley and Karen Slye.

The race was started by Bronagh Hooper, daughter of the late Pat Hooper after invitation by the women’s mini-marathon organisers.

A large group of club members once again provided stewarding on the course.
