Let’s Talk Running – Session Three

We are delighted to announce the third in our series of “Let’s talk running events” on Sunday August 21 at 11am.

This session will focus on Wellbeing and mind over matter.

Marathon and race training is not just about physical training there is a huge element related to mental fitness and wellbeing, how do you deal with “the wall”, how do you keep positive in your training and racing.

We are delighted to welcome Hannah Nolan, personal fitness trainer, county champion runner and regular motivational speaker and columnist for Irish Runner Magazine to help us keep positive in our running while looking after our wellbeing.
