A number of very good performances took place over the last week.
Daniel Stone took second place overall five seconds behind Michael Harty of East Cork 14:35.
Stone was followed home by Barry Meehan 16:24, Ciaran McCarthy 16:27, Brian Sexton 16:35, Aaron Tansey 17:25, Christopher Quaid 17:24, Conor Wynne Walsh 17:38.

At the Star of the Sea AC Cross Country Jamie Rankin Whelan was second overall and first junior man in 21:19 in the Men’s 6k.
Luiz Melo was third overall and second junior male in 21:37. Michael Brady posted 23:07 with Rory O’Sullivan clocking 23:49 and Niall Power clocked 25:40.
While the team of Jamie, Luiz and Michael won outright.
At the Berlin Marathon David Kirwan posted 2:44:48, Eoin Connolly 2:52:16, Darrell Reamsbottom 3:00:21, Tara Kennedy 3:05:13, Mary Walsh 3:10:16, Brian Connor 3:13:39 and Denis Murphy 3:19:59.
