Should you be interested in seeking any position please e-mail your nomination (including a Club Nominator and Seconder from the club membership) by 7:30PM on Thursday 22nd February 2024 to secretary@rahenyshamrock.ie
All Motions for the AGM should be sent to secretary@rahenyshamrock.ie before 7:30PM on Thursday 22nd February 2024. Motions must be accompanied by a short explanation summary and be proposed and seconded by fully paid-up members.
To facilitate the planning of our AGM we are asking all members who plan on attending the AGM to e-mail secretary@rahenyshamrock.ie. All AGM materials will be sent via e-mail.
