Medals was the story of the day from the small contingent of Raheny Shamrock athletes at the national masters T&F championships in Tullamore on Sunday.
It was medals on the double for David Power, taking gold in the O/45 pole vault and silver in the weight for distance with a best of 4.09 metres.
While, Orla Gormley took W60 silver in 12:49.16 and Brian Sexton took M35 silver over 400 in 60.22.
Whereas, Niall Power took M50 bronze in the 1500m clocking 5:11.54 with Paul Curtayne fifth in 5:26.13. In the 800 Power took seventh place with Crutayne 10th.
