Michael Brady won the Waterford Marathon in an impressive two hours 23 minutes and 15 seconds.
Brady had some eight minutes to spare on George Snee who posted 2:31.53 for second place with Sean Hehir third in 2:33.08.
Also on Sunday, at the Derravaragh 10 Mile, Gerard Fay posted 90:26.
On Saturday, Cillian O’Leary was first home at the Dunshaughlin 10km posting 32 minutes 33 seconds, leading the team including Robert Frewen, David Jackson and Conor Grant to second place behind Drogheda & district.
Robert Frewen posted 34:27, David Jackson 34:50 and Conor Grant 35:10.
They were followed home by Anthony Eames 35:24, Stephen Butler 35:30, John Shanahan 35:33, Colm Dunne 37:38, Alasdair Brown 37:59, Annette Kealy 38:42, Caitriona Costello 46:46 and Gerard Fay 57:49.
On Thursday, Gerard Fay clocked 41:16 at the Clane AC 4 Mile Trail in Donadea Forest.
