Favors Sets New Irish Indoor Shot Put Record

Eric Favors broken his own Irish indoor shot put record with a superb throw of 20.16m finishing third in a top class field in Germany on Sunday. Favors becomes the first Irish athlete to throw over 20 meters indoors for the shot put. This is an improvement on 19.99 metres thrown by Travers on January 20th.
